What we are looking for:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role involves managing financial risks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial leadership and actively shape the company’s overall business strategy and decision-making.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Ensure full compliance with Philippine financial regulations, tax laws, and relevant industry standards.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure to maintain financial stability.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls, risk management policies, and reliable financial systems.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
Collaborate with other executives to develop business plans, strategic initiatives, and cost optimization programs.
Maintain relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Drive initiatives for process improvements, automation, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
At least 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
