Real Estate Disposition Managers

We are looking for 2 highly motivated and competitive Virtual Assistants to join our client’s real estate investment team as Disposition Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the U.S. real estate market while working remotely.

???? Responsibilities:

Market and promote available properties to buyers and investor networks
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and agents
Coordinate buyer communication, follow-ups, and property details
Assist with negotiations and ensure smooth deal flow
Keep records and updates organized in our CRM

???? Requirements:

Prior VA experience (real estate experience preferred but not required)
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Availability to work U.S. EST business hours
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Reliable computer and stable internet connection
Competitive, driven, and results-oriented mindset

???? Compensation:

?35,000/month (with potential increase based on performance)
Commission structure TBD (to be discussed in the future)
