We are Sue The Bureaus™, a consumer-rights company focused on exposing inaccuracies on credit reports, drafting effective disputes, and preparing clients for high-level litigation strategies. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with knowledge in credit reporting, FCRA, FDCPA, and factual dispute methods to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
Analyze client credit reports line-by-line to identify inaccuracies, errors, or violations.
Draft dispute letters to bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
Organize supporting evidence and maintain detailed client case files.
Track deadlines, responses, and escalations in an organized system.
Research federal and state consumer protection laws to support dispute strategies.
Prepare documentation for complaints with regulatory bodies (FTC, CFPB, BBB).
Provide regular updates to the lead team on case progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong familiarity with U.S. credit reporting laws (FCRA, FDCPA, FCBA).
Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies on credit reports with precision.
Excellent written English skills (grammar, clarity, professionalism).
Experience drafting legal-style letters or formal documentation.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Fast learner, resourceful, and able to follow structured playbooks.
Preferred Experience
Prior work in credit repair, consumer law, or paralegal support.
Familiarity with dispute platforms, credit monitoring tools, or legal research.
Background in handling sensitive financial data securely.
Hours & Pay
Full-time role (40 hours/week, Philippines-based preferred).
