Experienced YouTube Editor

We are looking for an experienced YouTube video editor for part time $4 USD per hour (If work is satisfactory this can become full time). Each video work time should take no more than 2 hours labor.
Our channel is similar to this channel ----------

I would like videos to be approximately 60 minutes +.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous work on faceless or narration-driven channels (portfolio required).
- Experience creating viral or high-retention YouTube videos.
- Basic knowledge of AI voiceovers, text-to-speech tools, and automation workflows (a plus)

YouTube-Specific Knowledge:
- Understanding of YouTube SEO basics (thumbnails, titles, retention hooks).
- Ability to edit with retention in mind (engaging intros, effective pacing, cliffhangers).
- Familiarity with faceless niches (true crime, Reddit stories, paranormal, educational, etc.).

Your responsibility will be the following:
- Generating Scripts
- Generating Voiceovers
- Generating Images and Videos
- Uploading Videos to YouTube

We have SOPs and prompts for the process but hopefully you have experience and recommendations for improving quality or efficiency or SOPs and prompts that you have successfully used in the past.
