We’re looking for a rockstar virtual assistant who can help us launch, manage, and optimize our paid ads, create basic ad graphics, and support our backend systems in GoHighLevel (GHL).

This is a long-term role (20–40 hrs/week) depending on client caseload, with a stable and fast-growing US-based coaching company helping fitness professionals scale to $10k–$50k/month.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

-Launching Facebook & Instagram ads inside Ads Manager
-Monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns daily
-Editing copy and updating creatives based on our templates
-Designing basic ad graphics in Canva (or similar)
-Helping manage client ads (checking spend, troubleshooting)
-Tracking results in Google Sheets / dashboards
-Supporting tech systems like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Slack, and Google Drive
-Following SOPs and training videos we provide
-Weekly reporting on ad performance
-Working closely with our client success and marketing team

What You Need To Succeed in This Role:

-Solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
-Experience creating ad creatives in Canva or Photoshop
-Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred) — or willing to learn
-Strong attention to detail — no sloppy mistakes
- Fast learner and great communicator
-Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, Loom
-Bonus if you’ve worked with coaches, agencies, or service-based businesses

Work Details:

-Part-time to Full-time (20–40 hours/week)
-Flexible hours, but 2–3 hour overlap with EST preferred
-100% Remote
-English speaking & writing fluency required
-Paid monthly via Wise or PayPal
-Pay Range: $500–$900/month depending on experience
