Completion of current website on Hostinger

I have a website for our party bus business that was created by another OFS, but not completed. It is hosted on Hostinger. Being able to start & complete it within the next 3 days would be ideal. Then attributes of the person that I will partner up with must be:
1.) ******creativity*******add some some fun & creativity into the website for it to stand out...different fonts, colors, interactive, clear, easy for people to navigate & book.
2.) *****Research other companies in the same industry to compare what they offer versus what we offer & help me add details- booking info,****
Please mention snazzy sister in your post. Also, please show me something you have designed or concept created or your website or social media or something that tells me you are the best person for this job????

Gig job initially, but would like to hire someone to help create content weekly & give people ideas for stuff that is going on around town & how they should book with us to ride in style to local event mentioned.
