Virtual Assistant Position – BAE CIRCLE ?

Hi everyone!

We’re Kristina + Nicole ???? from the eyelash industry in Australia (Kookla Lashes + Np_Lashes_Adelaide).
Together, we’ve created BAE CIRCLE – an online education platform for lash artists – and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This role will begin on a project basis, with the potential to grow into part-time work. As we continue building our brand and social presence, there will also be opportunities to support our personal business accounts.

Our current project is creating an in-person training manual and PowerPoint presentation. We’ve already prepared the content, but we need it polished, professional, and consistent with our branding.

You’ll also help with:
    •    Editing and finalising lash manuals (fonts, flow, graphics & charts – inspo provided).
    •    Designing Instagram posts, Canva graphics & marketing materials.
    •    Assisting with email marketing campaigns.
    •    Supporting us with automations (social posting, email flows, scheduling, etc.) to streamline workflows.
    •    Reviewing and optimising our Wix website & online education platform (pop-ups, checkout, layout, tone of voice, text review, graphics integration).
    •    Eventually helping to manage and grow all 3 Instagram accounts.

Bonus (not essential):
    •    Video editing skills using CapCut or InShot for TikTok & Instagram Reels.

What we’re looking for:
    •    Experience in branding, social presence & communication.
    •    A keen eye for design and detail.
    •    Ability to take initiative while staying open to feedback.
    •    A strong desire to learn and develop new skills that will support your growth and the growth of the business.
    •    Tech-savvy, organised, and eager to explore new tools & automations.

We won’t leave you in the dark – you’ll be supported every step of the way. But we’re also looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table and grow with us.
