At Icarus, a high-performance digital agency specializing in e-commerce growth, we're hunting for a killer Creative Director to spearhead Meta advertising strategies. You'll manage a team of elite creatives, craft ad creatives that crush conversions, and align everything with traffic temperature, hooks, copies, angles, and detailed customer avatars. This is for pros who thrive in fast-paced environments and communicate flawlessly with demanding clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation and execution of Meta ad campaigns, designing hooks, copies, angles, and visuals that stop the scroll and drive massive conversions.
Manage and mentor a remote team of designers and copywriters, ensuring deliverables are on-time, on-brand, and optimized for cold/warm/hot traffic.
Develop in-depth customer avatars and tailor creatives to specific audience segments for maximum ROI.
Analyze performance data from multiple campaigns, iterating rapidly to boost engagement and sales.
Handle client communications with precision, presenting strategies, incorporating feedback, and building long-term partnerships.
Stay ahead of Meta trends, algorithm shifts, and e-commerce best practices to keep Icarus at the cutting edge.

Strict Requirements – Must Meet ALL:

5+ years in a Creative Director or senior creative role at a digital agency or e-commerce brand, with proven leadership of remote teams.
Hands-on experience running multiple Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including A/B testing, scaling, and achieving high ROI – provide specific examples and metrics in your application.
Expertise in designing hooks, copies, angles, and customer avatars for high-converting ads; strong portfolio required.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma for quick iterations.
Exceptional client-facing skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related; agency/e-commerce background is non-negotiable.
