Amazon Inventory Management & Replenishment Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Inventory Management Assistant to handle inventory tracking, replenishment, and order management across multiple marketplaces. We currently manage over 400 SKUs across 8 Amazon marketplaces, so this role requires someone with strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and proven experience in inventory control.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels in Amazon Seller Central across multiple marketplaces

- Update and maintain Excel/Google Sheets inventory reports

- Calculate and recommend reorder quantities to avoid stockouts/overstock

- Create and manage FBA shipments within Seller Central

- Place timely orders with our suppliers to ensure stock availability

- Track shipments and confirm arrivals into Amazon warehouses

- Provide regular updates and communicate potential stock issues in advance

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and replenishment strategies

- Ability to create shipments and manage replenishments effectively

- Experience handling large catalogs (400+ SKUs across multiple marketplaces)

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, tables, tracking)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
