About the Role:

I run a growing web design and SEO agency and I’m looking for someone who knows their way around Moxie CRM to help me set up and refine automations. This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work as we continue to scale.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

- Review my current Moxie CRM setup and identify gaps/opportunities for automation.
- Build out workflows for client onboarding, follow-ups, and project management.
- Set up triggers, tags, and automated communications that keep everything on track.
- Integrate Moxie CRM with email/marketing tools (where needed).
- Provide recommendations and best practices to keep my CRM humming like a well-oiled engine.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Hands-on experience with Moxie CRM (a must).
- Strong understanding of automation workflows, triggers, and integrations.
- Ability to explain tech setups in clear, plain English (no jargon, please!).
- A keen eye for detail—you spot bottlenecks and fix them before they cause chaos.
- Knowledge of Zapier is also a bonus.
