Fractional CFO (Multi-Entity: Real Estate & Services)

We’re a lean holding company overseeing three ventures: YuDevelopment (real estate development services), Atlanta HOA Services (vendor and contract management for HOAs), and JustDoYu (entrepreneurship and consulting brand). We’re seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership across these businesses.

What You’ll Do
Financial Oversight & Reporting
• Review monthly financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for each company.
• Consolidate results into a clear executive dashboard.
• Provide variance analysis and financial commentary for decision-making.

Cash Flow & Forecasting
• Build and manage a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast.
• Advise on liquidity, capital allocation, and financial risks.

Controls & Compliance
• Establish strong internal controls for AP/AR and vendor payments.
• Oversee ---------- / banking workflows to ensure dual approvals and compliance.
• Coordinate with CPA firms on tax planning and compliance.

Strategic Finance
• Support financing/refinancing strategies for development projects.
• Analyze profitability of HOA services contracts.
• Guide monetization models and investment for JustDoYu brand growth.

What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in finance leadership (CFO, Controller, or similar)
• Experience with multi-entity businesses (real estate, services, or startups a plus)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ---------- , Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to work closely with entrepreneurs and lean teams

Compensation
• $500–$1,000/month retainer (10–20 hrs/month to start)
• Growth potential with performance-based incentives or equity opportunities
