Fashion Marketplace Operations (Depop, Vinted, Etsy)

If you live for clothes, enjoy chatting with buyers, and like making orders fly out the door the same day, this role is for you.

What you will do

Post listings on Depop, Vinted, and Etsy using our templates, titles, tags, sizing, and pricing guardrails.

Answer messages and offers quickly, negotiate within rules, resolve basic disputes, keep the tone friendly and human.

Fulfill orders the same day using BuckyDrop and CJdropshipping, create shipments, capture tracking numbers, update Google Sheets, notify buyers when needed.

Do product sourcing, find 5 to 10 clothing items per day with supplier links, cost, estimated shipping, target sell price, expected margin.

Maintain trackers in Google Sheets, status per order, per listing, per platform.

Escalate payment or logistics issues to the lead when needed.

Tools you will use
Depop, Vinted, Etsy, BuckyDrop, CJdropshipping, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Canva or Photoroom, Gemini or ChatGPT for quick copy tweaks.

Requirements

Experience on at least one of Depop, Vinted, or Etsy.

Comfortable with BuckyDrop or CJdropshipping, or you learn fast.

Good written English, friendly customer tone, reliable internet.

Detail oriented, organized with spreadsheets.

Bonus: strong fashion sense and knowledge of GEN Z Styles.

KPIs

First reply time under 15min during shift.

Same day order processing.

Listing accuracy and daily volume targets met.

Tracking updated on time, late shipments avoided.

Dispute resolution rate and margin accuracy.

Compensation and schedule
$250 per month, 7h a day, Monday to Friday.
