As we scale, we need a Technical & Data Specialist who can build the systems, automations, and dashboards that keep the business running at peak performance.

The Role
This is not a front-line support role — it’s about building and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers sales, marketing, and operations. You’ll be responsible for setting up tracking, integrating platforms, creating dashboards, and ensuring we have accurate data to make decisions.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain automations across CRM, funnel, and communication tools.

Set up tracking and attribution for ads, funnels, and sales pipelines.

Design and update dashboards to report on KPIs (sales, marketing, ops).

Troubleshoot and optimize integrations between systems (payment processors, CRMs, learning platforms, analytics).

Run data reviews and provide insights to improve marketing and sales performance.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure we have the right visibility on numbers at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with CRM systems, funnel software, and automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier/Make, HubSpot, etc.).

Solid understanding of tracking & analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM structures, attribution platforms).

Skilled in building dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker, Sheets, Airtable, etc.).

Analytical thinker who can turn raw data into actionable insights.

Proactive problem-solver who can work independently.

Based in Dubai (preferred) or remote with availability in UK/UAE time zones.
