Guest Experience Virtual Assistant – Crest House Hotel, Tokyo

Crest House is a 3-unit boutique hotel in Tokyo, catering to international and domestic travelers. We are a new but growing property, focused on delivering 5-star guest experiences and establishing a strong presence on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental platforms.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage guest communications, set up and optimize listings, and act as Airbnb Co-Host. This role is critical to establishing our online presence and ensuring guests feel supported before, during, and after their stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize Airbnb and Booking.com listings with compelling descriptions, photos, amenities, and pricing
- Act as Airbnb Co-Host, managing guest messages, check-ins, and inquiries
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via messaging, email, or WhatsApp
- Handle booking requests, modifications, cancellations, and extensions
- Send pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-checkout messages using templates/SOPs
- Write and respond to guest reviews in a warm, professional tone
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Track guest satisfaction and proactively flag any potential issues
- Provide guidance/documentation on listing and platform management for hotel staff

Requirements
- Prior experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or short-term rental management
- Experience acting as an Airbnb Co-Host preferred
- Excellent written English with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused tone
- Familiarity with short-term rental platforms, property management tools, or pricing software is a plus (Beds24/PriceLabs)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple listings/conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable with remote work and flexible scheduling for guest coverage

Compensation & Benefits
- $3/hr, with potential for increased hours and pay as the hotel grows
