Crypto Trading Community Manager
About the Role:

We are looking for a Crypto Trading Community Manager to serve as the right-hand inside the LIT Crypto ---------- Community. You will be responsible for posting trade setups and alerts, moderating live sessions, and keeping everything organized and engaging for our members.

One of the reasons we are expanding the team is due to the rapid growth of our social media presence particularly through TikTok ( ---------- ) which is consistently driving new members into the LIT Crypto community. As the community scales, we need a dedicated manager to help ensure every member has a positive, valuable experience.

During our weekly live Zoom calls, you will help manage the chat, moderate crypto-related questions, and ensure a smooth experience for participants.

This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance, consistency, and contribution to the community’s growth. LIT Crypto is expanding weekly, and we’re looking for someone committed to growing with us long term.



Responsibilities:

Trade Alerts & Setups

Post clear trade setups in the LIT Crypto ---------- (entry, exit, stop-loss, take-profits).

Update members when trades are entered/exited and keep trade logs organized.

Community Operations

Approve new member access and remove expired or non-compliant users.

Keep channels organized and updated (pinning, archiving, posting updates).

Answer beginner and intermediate crypto questions (spot, leverage, TA basics).

Live Moderation (Thursdays 7:00–9:00 PM ET)

Assist during weekly live streams.

Manage Zoom and ---------- chat, moderate questions, and support smooth discussions.


Email
& Funnel Support

Load pre-written content into weekly emails.

Update Zoom and calendar links each week.

Update headings/links inside funnels (no copywriting required).

Community Engagement

Moderate discussions to keep conversations engaging and positive.

Share weekly highlights and flag common community questions or challenges.



Must-Haves:

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, technical analysis, spot trading, and leverage trading.

Ability to screen share, record, and use tools like ---------- and Zoom.

Must be reliable, consistent, and willing to work.

Experience with ---------- moderation and community management.

Comfort with TradingView (or other charting platforms) and simple chart markup.

Prior trading experience.

Nice-to-Haves

Background in social media.

Background in digital marketing.

KPIs (Success Metrics)

90% of member questions answered within 18 hours.

100% reliability for Thursday live moderation.

Consistent trade alert format (no missing info).

Weekly email links updated correctly (no broken links).

Smooth onboarding/offboarding of community members.



Compensation & Growth:

Compensation up to $1,000/month, depending on skill set.

Weekly working hours will vary at the beginning of your employments

Contract or part-time employee to start.

Competitive hourly or monthly retainer.
