Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Affiliate Website Manager to set up, manage, and grow multiple affiliate websites. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for website development, SEO optimisation, content strategy, traffic acquisition, and affiliate revenue growth. The successful candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and capable of working independently while delivering measurable results.

You will need to work Melbourne, Australian hours. 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
• Website Setup & Management
o Build, configure, and maintain WordPress (or equivalent CMS) websites for Amazon affiliate programs.
o Ensure fast, secure, and mobile-friendly site performance.
o Implement structured product comparison tables, review layouts, and affiliate link tracking.

• Content Strategy & Creation
o Develop content plans for product reviews, buying guides, and blogs targeting profitable niches.
o Coordinate with writers/designers (in-house or freelance) to ensure SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
o Upload, format, and optimise content for readability and conversion.

• Affiliate Program Management
o Manage Amazon Associates accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies.
o Insert, track, and optimise affiliate links and product promotions.
o Monitor affiliate dashboards and report on earnings, trends, and conversion rates.

• SEO & Digital Marketing
o Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive targeted traffic.
o Optimise on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, alt text, schema, internal linking).
o Build backlinks and implement off-page SEO strategies.
o Track site analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and adjust strategy.

• Performance & Reporting
o Provide weekly/monthly performance reports (traffic, rankings, conversions, earnings).
o Continuously test strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
o Recommend new niches and growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Affiliate / Associates Program.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce (or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.).
• Familiarity with affiliate link management plugins (ThirstyAffiliates, Lasso, etc.).
• Ability to create and implement content marketing strategies.
• Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Experience with basic graphic editing (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, SEO, or website management.
• Demonstrated success in growing traffic and affiliate revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).

Reporting Structure
• Reports directly to: Business Owner & Offshore Team Manager
• Works closely with: In house Content writers, designers, SEO consultants (as required).

Remuneration & Benefits
• Competitive salary in PHP (based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives/bonuses linked to revenue growth.
• Salary will be received every 15th or 16th day of each month.
• Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year accrued.
• Sick Leave: 10 days paid sick leave per year accrued.
• You will receive a 13th Month bonus paid each December pro-rata of your employment. Note: 13th month bonus is only applicable to staff who are still with the company on month of December.

• We require a one (1) month Leave Notice for any plans of Resignation. Anything before that will be deducted from your month’s salary.
