Systems & Automation VA (Zapier, APIs, AI Tools, Housecall Pro)

We are a fast-growing home services business (carpet cleaning, lighting, maintenance) looking for a Systems/Automation VA to manage our backend technology stack.

You will be responsible for working directly with the owner to:

Build and maintain Zapier workflows (including advanced webhooks, filters, and API key integrations).

Connect CRMs, AI tools, and reporting dashboards.

Supporting our CRM (Housecall Pro) with workflows, tags, and reporting.

Managing AI phone/chat agents, helping to set up and train responses.

Creating/editing landing pages with lead forms and tracking (WordPress or similar).

Setting up dashboards to track marketing ROI and campaign performance.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Zapier + APIs + webhooks.

Familiarity with Housecall Pro (or similar CRMs like Jobber, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel).

Experience with AI chatbot/voice bot tools (preferred).

Experience building/editing websites and landing pages.

Strong English communication skills.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
