Job Title: Social Media Manager for Coaching Business – Growth & Client Attraction

About Us
I run a women-focused coaching brand, helping women heal from past pain, rediscover their identity, and grow in confidence and purpose. Through coaching, challenges, and transformational programmes, I guide women to clarity, healing, and empowerment.

I’m looking for a Social Media Manager who truly understands both the strategy and the heart of social media — someone who can help me attract the right clients, grow my community, and increase bookings and income through content that connects deeply and inspires action.

Role Overview
Your main responsibility is to position my coaching brand powerfully online so that the right women can find me, follow, engage, and book into my programmes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Research and create content ideas that connect with women seeking healing, confidence, and purpose.
• Write captions that are warm, inspiring, and action-driven (aligned with my coaching voice).
• Schedule posts consistently using tools like Canva, Later, or Buffer.
• Manage engagement (reply to comments, DMs, and nurture conversations that can lead to clients).
• Monitor insights/analytics and adjust strategies for growth and conversions.
• Repurpose content into reels, carousels, and stories.
• Support launches, challenges, and campaigns with tailored social media strategy.

Requirements
• Experience managing social media for coaches, personal brands, or service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of content that drives engagement and client attraction.
• Strong copywriting skills with a warm, relatable, motivating style.
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and scheduling tools.
• Understanding of Instagram/TikTok growth strategies and lead generation.

Bonus Skills (nice to have):
• Experience in social media advertising or funnels.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing.
• Video editing and storytelling.

• Pay: Affordable and negotiable based on experience.
• Long-term role with room to grow as the brand expands.
