Diamond Colours Painting (DCPE) is an award-winning Australian painting company delivering residential, commercial, and industrial services for over a decade. We are expanding our marketing and sales systems to generate high-quality B2B leads and grow our sales pipeline.
We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in ---------- , CRM management, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads and execute high-performing marketing strategies.

Role Overview
You will manage B2B lead generation, email marketing campaigns, CRM/F.R.E. integration, and social media support. Your work ensures leads are qualified, tracked, and nurtured for conversion, bridging the Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
• Extract, filter, and segment leads using ---------- and other platforms.
• Generate 5–10 qualified leads per sector weekly (Construction, Strata, Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate).
• Verify and maintain lead data accuracy for outreach campaigns.

Email
Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
• Conduct A/B testing, track open/reply/conversion rates, and maintain high-converting templates.
CRM & F.R.E. System
• Enter, tag, and manage leads in CRM and F.R.E. (Follow-up, Reconnect, Expand) workflows.
• Track engagement and provide weekly reports to the COO/Operations Manager.
• Create follow-up email templates and sequences for lead nurturing.
Social Media & Inbound Support
• Schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn aligned with campaigns.
• Track engagement and monitor trends to identify lead opportunities.
Collaboration
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams for target profiling and lead handover.
• Participate in weekly updates and monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications
• 10+ years in B2B Lead Generation and Email Marketing.
• Expert in ---------- , CRM systems, and lead verification tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and analytics.
• Track record of generating qualified leads and measurable results.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Available during AEST business hours.
