WordPress + Funnel VA (Florida Quote Hub)

We are Pomacor Investments, a U.S.-based company managing multiple brands under an owner-absent model. We are hiring a dedicated VA for Florida Quote Hub, our insurance lead generation website.

This VA will be responsible only for Florida Quote Hub (separate from other brands) and will focus on building and optimizing our WordPress site using Elementor Pro + WPForms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize ---------- using Elementor Pro (conversion-focused design).

Configure WPForms: notifications, Google Sheets integration, and SMS alerts.

Install/configure plugins (Really Simple SSL, WP Mail SMTP, Site Kit by Google, PixelYourSite).

Build Privacy Policy + Terms pages (templates provided).

Add compliance footer and trust badges.

Test entire lead flow (Form ? Email ? Google Sheet ? SMS).

Provide daily updates via Slack and track time in Clockify.

Requirements:

Strong WordPress + Elementor Pro experience (portfolio required).

Experience with funnel/landing page design.

Knowledge of plugin setup (WPForms, SMTP, SSL, analytics).

Reliable internet + ability to work independently (owner-absent model).

Clear communication in English.

Contract Type:
Independent Contractor (not an employee). Flexible schedule, paid via Wise.

Hours:
40 hours per week (flexible — focus is on deliverables).

Compensation:
$4.50/hour (approx. $720/month at 40 hrs/week). Payments released weekly via Wise.

Note: This is a contractor role, not employment. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, and schedule.
