Compensation: $1,000 USD/month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer who can deliver eye-catching, high-converting YouTube thumbnails on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to balance speed and creativity, ensuring each thumbnail not only fits the platform’s style but also maximizes CTR (Click-Through Rate).

This is a full-time role where you’ll work closely with our team to produce thumbnails in bulk using AI tools like Freepik. While AI generates the base designs, your job will be to refine, edit, and enhance them—making sure they stand out, grab attention, and convert clicks.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver 15 high-quality thumbnails per day using AI-assisted tools.

Edit and improve AI-generated thumbnails to align with our channel’s branding and style.

Optimize thumbnails to maximize CTR and engagement.

Collaborate with the content team to match thumbnails with video themes.

Manage deadlines and deliver consistently from Monday to Saturday (PH hours).

Requirements

Strong knowledge of graphic design and visual composition.

Experience with AI-based design tools (e.g., Freepik, MidJourney, or similar).

Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent).

Ability to handle bulk thumbnail creation efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Familiarity with YouTube trends, styles, and CTR optimization strategies.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
