About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven, hands-on Executive Assistant to the Director who will also act as the second-in-command (2IC). This isn’t your typical EA role—this is an opportunity to become deeply involved in every aspect of the business, from admin to strategy, client engagement, and industry research.
You’ll manage the Director’s daily priorities while also taking ownership of business operations, ensuring no opportunity or detail is missed. The role requires adaptability, a can-do attitude, and the hunger to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Executive Support: Manage and prioritise the Director’s inbox, calendar, and schedule with impeccable attention to detail.
• Client Engagement: Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients looking for investment properties; book meetings and handle client communications.
• Industry Awareness: Stay on top of real estate rules, regulations, and requirements; research and summarise changes that may impact the business and clients.
• Business Operations: Assist with preparing documents, proposals, and presentations; conduct research on properties and opportunities.
• Project Management: Drive initiatives forward, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Director, anticipating needs and proactively offering solutions.
• Flexibility: Jump in wherever required, whether it’s liaising with partners, handling administration, or supporting client projects.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
