Real Estate Video Editor

We are a boutique coastal real estate brokerage looking for a skilled Video Editor VA to help us create polished, engaging video content that tells the story of our listings, agents, and community. This is ongoing work for someone who understands how to edit real estate videos that feel modern, professional, and aligned with a high-end lifestyle brand.

What You’ll Do

-Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and long-form content (YouTube home tours, agent introductions, community highlights)
- Work with raw iPhone footage and our library of B-roll
- Add branded graphics, text overlays, and smooth transitions
- Balance and adjust audio (voice with background music)
- Perform color correction and other enhancements to make footage stand out
- Deliver videos formatted for social platforms (9:16 vertical for Reels/TikTok, 16:9 horizontal for YouTube)
- Stay current on US real estate video and social media trends

What We’re Looking For

- Strong portfolio of real estate or lifestyle video editing (portfolio links required — we care more about your style and skill than a resume)
- Ability to turn raw clips into a story that flows — whether it’s walking through a home, highlighting a community, or featuring an agent on camera
-Skilled in color correction, transitions, graphics, and syncing music
- Experience balancing voice audio with background music
- Attention to detail with a clean, modern editing style (not overly flashy or template-heavy)
- Able to deliver projects on time with consistent quality
- Proactive and creative — able to suggest new ideas and formats
