JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!
We are looking for Admin Assistant/Patient Coordinator that will assist in providing administrative support to the growing telehealth team. It is the responsibility of the Administration Assistant/Patient Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the telehealth department in collaboration with the team, ensuring efficient patient onboarding, scheduling, monitoring turnaround times, and working directly with the team to support patient needs.
Assist in formalizing department policies, protocols, and educational materials. In addition to acting as the point of contact for the telehealth team, the Admin Assistant/Patient Coordinator will also act as a liaison between internal teams, working cross-functionally to further optimize operations and maintain high service quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with the team on recurring medical tea ---------- eting agenda, discussion, and recap emails
* Coordinate patient coverage/assistance, following up with patient onboarding, cancellations, encounters, turnaround times, and orders are being done in a timely manner.
* Assistant in any patient company questions as a staff member
* Report platform issues in a timely manner and field requests from the telehealth team for future enhancements to the EMR; support scoping and/or QAing of these new features, as needed
* Manage calendars, schedule clinical meetings and training meetings at the request of leadership in support of clinical medical operations
* Develop and document prescription protocols, quality assurance plans, and work standards
* Assist with various administrative components of the EMR, as needed (e.g., setting up new providers)
* Develop onboarding and education materials for current and new medical providers under the guidance of leadership
* Assist with all EMR Medical Team related questions and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
* Medical and/or telehealth experience a plus; RN experience a plus
* Interest in longevity/weight loss is a plus
* Highly organized and systematic with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
