CapCut Editor that is an NBA Fan

Please have a portfolio. I am looking for someone on going and part time to edit footage together on top of a narrated voice overs. I provide the voice over, you add the footage in Cap Cut. Must know NBA basketball. Must have great timing, rhythm and eye for video. Must be able to find great clips. Must be a fan of the NBA. Must be able to understand and use cloud services. Must work quickly, since I will be on a publishing schedule. Must know and have 4K video downloader. Must be trustworthy. I pay straight to Gcash. Thanks.
