Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote)

Elevate is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll reach out to warm leads in our pipeline, book consultations, and keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) organized with accurate notes and tags.

Compensation: $300/month + performance bonuses (Monday to Friday schedule)

What You’ll Do:

Call, text, and follow up with warm leads
Book appointments for our specialists
Record detailed notes on client goals and updates
Maintain accurate and organized records in GoHighLevel

What We’re Looking For:

Clear communicator with a professional phone presence
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable using CRM systems
Self-motivated, reliable, and consistently available between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
