Short Term Let Property Manager / Head Admin VA Role

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SHORT-TERM LET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE UK

Required previous experience:

- Managed over 10+ Airbnb Units in the UK
- Built out SOPs
- Experience building out a CRM such as Monday, Clickup or Notion for previous clients
- Experience using Uplisting, Pricelabs, and all short-term let platforms

Preferred experience:

- Property sourcing in the UK
- Personal Assistant to business owners

Must be available to work 40 hours+ a week on UK hours.
