JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Marketing Specialist with proven experience
working with U.S.-based companies. The ideal candidate will be an expert
communicator in written and verbal English, strategic and experienced in digital
marketing for the general contracting or construction industry. This role requires strong
project management skills, content creation expertise, and the ability to deliver
measurable results.

This role blends creative and technical skills — from building and updating websites, to
producing engaging content, to running digital advertising campaigns that drive
measurable results. This role essentially covers end-to-end digital marketing: creating,
updating and managing the website, producing content, and running campaigns —
while measuring and optimizing for results.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management
? Build, update, and maintain company websites using Go High Level CRM.
? Ensure websites are user-friendly, rich in brand content, mobile responsive, and optimized for SEO.
? Integrate websites with Go High Level CRM, forms, and marketing automation tools.
? Monitor website performance with A/B testing, Google Analytics and Search Console.
? Ability to strategize and provide recommendations for all digital marketing Content Development
? Create and manage ongoing content including blogs, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media advertising and posts.
? Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for web and digital channels.
? Design graphics and basic visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
? Understand, strategize and optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.

Digital Advertising
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage ad budgets, monitor ROI, provide recommendations and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
Use conversion tracking (pixels, UTMs, dashboards) to measure results.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.

Analytics & Reporting
? Track KPIs such as website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
? Prepare clear reports to communicate results and insights.
? Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications & Skills
? Excellent understanding of using Go High Level CMS platform, this is where the websites reside.
? Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web edits.
? Strong SEO understanding (on-page and content-driven).
? Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
? Solid copywriting and content creation abilities with an expert eye for photography with ability to select appropriate photos.
? Graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe tools).
? Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console. etc).
? Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
? Balance of creativity and analytical skills.
