Role Summary
-Craft visually compelling emails for top-tier DTC brands using Klaviyo, driving engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities
-Designing and developing responsive email templates.
-Collaborating closely with your copywriter, strategists and data analyst to deliver results-driven email campaigns.
-Optimizing designs for conversion and engagement.
-Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and overall brand aesthetic.
-Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in email marketing.
-Collaborating with the team, joining our virtual office, and weekly meetings.

Who is not a good fit
-Generalists - Don't apply if you are not a specialist in this skill set.
-Solo artists - You like to do "Solo work" and don't bother to listen to constructive feedback.
-Unexperienced - You're not familiar with Figma or Photoshop.
-Non DTC - You don't have a deep understanding of DTC brand aesthetics and requirements.
-Non-Adaptable - You are uncomfortable working in fast-paced environments or adapting to changing client needs.
-Not data driven - You don't prioritize data-driven decisions or results over assumptions.

This role is perfect if you have
-A passion for email design with a proven track record in creating compelling visuals for DTC brands.
-Familiar with and have expertise with email and email design capabilities.
-A keen eye for detail, color, and typography.
-A strong portfolio showcasing responsive email design work.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-An adaptable mindset, eager to learn and grow in the ever-evolving world of email marketing.
-Experience in Figma.
