Now, we’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Assistant to strengthen our team.

Why This Role Matters
You’ll be a key player in ensuring our customers get exceptional support while also helping us optimize our marketplace presence. From handling customer requests to improving our product listings, tracking sales performance, and running A/B tests, you’ll make sure Samako continues to deliver on its promise of excellent service and growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide top-notch customer service via Gorgias, Bol, and Amazon.
• Handle escalations, refunds, returns, and tracking issues with care and clarity.
• Cover shifts during Dutch early mornings and weekends (hard requirement).
• Manage product listings on Amazon FBA and Bol LVB:
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images.
• Track sales performance and analyze competitor activity.
• Run A/B tests on content, pricing, and positioning.
• Spot opportunities to improve ranking and conversion.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues when needed.
• Spot inefficiencies, propose improvements, and take ownership of solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce space (preferable with Amazon FBA).
• Excellent written and spoken English (clear, concise, and professional).
• Strong experience with e-commerce tools: Amazon Seller Central, Bol Seller Dashboard, Shopify (or quick to learn).
• Proven skills in sales tracking, listing optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
• Available full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends.
• Bonus: Dutch language skills — not required, but a big plus!
