About us
We’re a lean, fast-moving e-commerce group operating across the US and UAE. We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to build repeatable hiring pipelines for roles like Inventory/Operations, Amazon PPC, Influencer/Marketing, and Admin/EA. This is a remote contractor role

What you’ll do

Own full-cycle hiring: intake ? sourcing ? screening ? structured interviews ? offers.

Proactively headhunt in Eastern Europe and South Africa (and other regions outside the Philippines) using LinkedIn, local job boards, Telegram/FB groups, and referrals.

Design fast, role-specific work sample tests and short paid trials to filter for ability.

Build and manage a lean ATS pipeline (we use spreadsheets/ClickUp) with time-to-shortlist, time-to-offer, cost-per-hire, and 90-day retention tracked.

Partner with founders to clarify scorecards, compensation bands, and onboarding checklists.

Maintain hiring playbooks and talent pools for recurring roles.

What you’ll bring

3+ years full-cycle recruiting (startup or agency); proven hires in EE/SA markets.

Strong Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter (or Lite), and multi-platform outreach.

Clear English (written/spoken); you’re crisp, fast, and organized.

Bonus: knowledge of e-commerce/Amazon FBA roles; extra languages (e.g., Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Afrikaans) are a plus.
