We are a fast-moving e-commerce operation that scales aggressively and adapts constantly. We operate in areas where speed, flexibility, and discretion are critical. This is not a safe, predictable corporate job. You must be comfortable working in a gray-area environment where payment gateways, accounts, and stores can change rapidly, and where protecting sensitive information is part of the job.
Your mission: free the CEO from recruiting, onboarding, and daily management. You build and enforce the machine that keeps everything running at speed, without excuses.
Responsibilities
-Source, screen, and hire across all roles (store developers, media buyers, support, editors, payout checkers).
-Build and maintain a pipeline of freelancers/contractors ready to be deployed at any time.
-Onboard and train hires using SOPs—or create SOPs where missing.
-Monitor team performance, enforce accountability, and replace underperformers fast.
-Produce a weekly report showing team health (who’s green/red, what’s on track).
-Ensure daily ops are covered: payouts checked, rotators monitored, stores launched, gateways tested.
-Maintain clear team communication and reporting flows.
-Handle sensitive company information with strict confidentiality.
Requirements
-Proven experience in hiring and managing remote teams.
-Strong English communication (written + spoken).
-Resourceful, process-driven, comfortable building systems under pressure.
-Able to work in a fast-moving, high-risk, non-traditional environment.
-Zero tolerance for excuses—execution and accountability above all else.
Compensation
-Base: $1,000–$1,200/month (depending on experience and location).
-Bonus: Up to $300/month based on speed, replacement efficiency, and team performance.
