Odenson is a men’s grooming brand focused on beard care and men’s self-care products. We’ve invested millions into content and marketing, and today our products are sold worldwide. Our flagship products are the Beard Forger (cordless beard straightener) and the Stone Shaver (Body, beard & balls shaver), alongside a full range of beard oils, growth kits, washes, and grooming tools.

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce team of 10+ people across marketing, customer support, logistics, and product development. Two full-time video editors are already on the team, ready to turn your scripts and creative ideas into high-converting ads.

The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing to drive the next stage of our growth. This is a hybrid role where you’ll merge creative strategy, ad performance analysis, and conversion optimization.

You’ll be analyzing ad performance (mainly Meta, plus TikTok and Google), developing winning creative concepts, and guiding our video editors to produce ads that convert. Beyond ads, you’ll also work on product pages—improving texts, images, pricing, and upsell offers to maximize profitability.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV) to optimize performance and profitability.
- Identify winning hooks, angles, and customer insights.
- Write direct-response video ad scripts.
- Collaborate with our in-house video editors to produce content.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Review and optimize product pages (texts, images, offers, price points, upsells).
- Conduct customer research to better understand motivations and objections.
- Report clear insights and actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in performance marketing, especially with Meta Ads.
- Experience with TikTok and Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad scripts and product page copy.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with data and key ad metrics.
- Direct-response marketing background—focused on conversions and revenue.
