I’m looking to build a team of creative and reliable editors to join me in producing short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. Beyond just editing, I want to build a team rooted in genuine connections, one that works closely together and grows with me in the long run.


Requirements:
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with After Effects would be a big plus
- Strong understanding of short-form content editing (TikTok/IG Reels style)
- Able to edit with a similar style as creators ---------- (doesn’t have to be at that exact level, but relatively within that range)
- Having an overall clean editing style


What you’ll be editing:
- TikTok/IG short-form videos
- Content that’s engaging, dynamic, and storytelling-driven
- A mix of lifestyle, creative, and niche-specific edits (e.g. real estate, vlogs, personal brand content)


Bonus points if you:
- Can add creative flair and storytelling elements
- Keep up with TikTok/IG trends and editing styles
- Are detail-oriented but fast enough to keep up with content schedules

Note:
- Work may not start immediately. While I have seen your sample work, I would like to first get an overall sense of your editing style and how it aligns with my vision before moving forward with regular projects
- With that being said, im genuinely a pretty nice boss and would still love to get to know u as a person as well :)
