JOB OVERVIEW

Wartime Operations Manager (Reports to CEO)

This role works DIRECTLY with the CEO where you will learn a lot fast! If you love learning, growth and intense challenges you will love this.

You’ll be side-by-side with the CEO learning how 7 and 8 figure companies are actually built, not theorized. You’ll help architect the internal machine, build the team that scales it, and touch every department and decision.
If you win here, the rest of your life will be forever different. This role builds power, leverage, and reputation fast.
If you’ve been waiting for your shot to run a $10M company from the second chair-this is it.

Mission: Take the CEO’s strategy and execute 90 day plan across the entire company. Deploy EOS/Integrator. Enforce accountability. Hire and fire. Scale revenue and profit while tightening KPIs company-wide.

Before & After: The Kind of Operator We Want

Before: Founder buried in every department. Slack is noise, no accountability. Team underperforms so badly the Founder can beat their monthly sales in 2 days. Company fragile, dependent on the Founder. Standards, KPIs, bonuses, and core functions all a mess.

After: Founder out of day-to-day and all core functions. EOS driving every department. KPIs and standards locked. B-players gone or leveled up. Teams delivering great results without chaos. Profit up. Growth steady. Company strong.

If you’ve been the operator who executed a transformation like this working directly with the CEO, keep reading. If not, stop here.

Why This Role Exists:

The CEO has the vision, strategy, and growth plan. Your role is to:

Translate that vision into execution across every department.

Run EOS (L10s, VTO, Scorecards, Rocks) so the company runs without chaos.

Enforce standards ruthlessly- B-players level up or leave.

Protect the CEO’s leverage by keeping him out of daily ops.

Ensure monthly growth in revenue, profit, and KPIs-no excuses.

What You’ll Do

Execution & Enforcement: Take CEO’s big-picture goals and turn them into quarterly rocks, weekly scorecards, and daily actions. Hold the team accountable until it’s done.

EOS Deployment: Run L10s, quarterlies, scorecard reviews. Create systems and make sure everyone actually follows them.

Standards & People: Hire, fire, and realign talent to keep only A-players. Enforce deadlines and KPIs across all roles.

Cross-Department Command: Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance — you keep every function on pace. Nothing slips.

Numbers Ownership: If growth targets are missed, you deliver a recovery plan in 48 hours, get leading KPIs back on track in 14 days, and recover revenue/profit in 30 days.

Who You Are

You’ve scaled a business or department from chaos ? consistent growth.

You’ve owned hiring, firing, KPIs, and EOS rollout.

You measure yourself in profit, revenue, and company-wide KPIs, not just “projects done.”

People call you the executor — you’re the one who enforces standards and gets results not just doing it yourself but through other people. (Great people and you should know the difference and how to fix it)

You thrive in direct-feedback, wartime environments.

Compensation (Money Compensation)

$1,500–$4,000/month USD depending on speed, ownership, and impact. Base depends on experience and what outcomes you’re owning. The top of range (and beyond) is earned only if you deliver growth and enforce standards. Performance-based upside as we scale — if you drive outcomes, you’ll be rewarded. If you want a fixed $4K salary regardless of results, do not apply.

Mentorship & Growth (Education Compensation)

Direct 1:1 mentorship from the CEO/founder building an 8-figure company.

Weekly coaching with operators and sales leaders who’ve built 7–8 figure businesses — a privilege to be earned. Most pay thousands per month for this; you’ll get it free only if you prove yourself in this role.

This mentorship is not just a perk, it's fuel to help you enforce standards, scale faster, and drive profit with the CEO.

Do Not Apply If:
You’ve only ever supported instead of enforced outcomes.

You’ve never had to fire, realign, or confront underperformance.

You avoid hard conversations or crack under pressure.

You’re afraid of being measured on P&L, KPIs, and results.

You think “cleaning SOPs” is the job — this role is about enforcing standards and driving profit.

You can’t commit to this 90-day standard:

Deploy EOS.

Remove the CEO from daily operations.

Enforce high standards company-wide.

If you haven’t done this before, don’t apply.

Apply If:
You’ve run EOS and made teams actually follow it.

You’ve driven a company-wide turnaround in revenue, profit, and KPIs.

You’re ready to execute the CEO’s strategy without excuses.

You’ve been the person who turned chaos into clarity and growth — not “helped,” but owned it.

This is not a support role. This is a wartime operator role. If you’ve been the person from doing everything with a failing team to doing almost nothing and only focusing on growth with stronger profit and KPIs,” you already know who you are..

If you’re that person, apply now.

One more time:

If you’re looking to “assist,” “help,” or “be told what to do (I will give you context though when you ask good questions)—do not apply.

If you’re a builder, a driver, and a savage executor, then you already know who you are.

If people say you’re the best executor they’ve ever seen-lightning fast, always asking the right questions, sharp as a tack you’ll THRIVE here.

Let’s go!
