JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian-based company seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage a mix of personal assistant duties, social media management, and customer service (answering our 1300 number).

You will play an important role in helping us stay organised, deliver excellent service to our clients, and maintain a strong presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer calls from our 1300 number during Australian business hours (via call-forwarding system) with professionalism and friendliness.

Manage emails and calendars (scheduling, reminders, inbox organisation).

Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Engage with comments, messages, and community groups.

Assist with basic admin tasks, data entry, and file organisation.

Support ongoing projects and tasks delegated by the CEO.

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English (clear, friendly phone manner is essential).

Prior experience as a VA, customer service representative, or social media manager.

Familiarity with Canva, Facebook/Instagram Business Suite, and Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable using new software (training provided).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred but not required:

Experience working with Australian clients.

Knowledge of the NDIS/disability sector (bonus).

Ability to edit simple graphics/videos for social media.

Work Hours & Pay:

Part-time to start (20–25 hours per week), with potential to move to full-time.

Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST).

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience (please state your expected monthly salary in PHP).
