Virtual Business Growth Assistant (Leads + Client Setup)

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Lead Generation (Roofing)
• Post and manage ads, updates, and promotions on Facebook and Instagram.
• Engage with inquiries, comments, and messages to generate roofing leads.
• Track leads in a spreadsheet and schedule follow-up calls/appointments.

Trading Platform Support (Onboarding)
• Guide new clients through account setup (we provide training & scripts).
• Host 30-minute Zoom/WhatsApp calls to walk them through sign-up and basics.
• Help maintain a simple database of new clients and their progress.

General Support
• Assist with event promotions, guest lists, and RSVPs.
• Draft short messages, follow-up reminders, and simple marketing posts.
