We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. You should have proven experience working with Notion (for project/task management, databases, dashboards, and templates) and HubSpot (CRM management, contact syncing, pipelines, and reporting). Bonus if you're good with Zapier and Make, and EXTRA BONUS if you have a minimal accent and can take small customer service/appointment setting calls as well.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Notion workspaces (databases, dashboards, SOPs, and client information).
- Manage HubSpot CRM: inputting leads, updating pipelines, ensuring clean data, and running reports.
- Assist with other administrative tasks such as scheduling,
- Provide regular status updates and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Notion and HubSpot (please share examples of past work).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability for at least 20-30 hours per week to start, with potential for more.
Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have):
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n for automations.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling or content management.
- Prior VA experience with digital agencies, startups, or online businesses.
