We’re looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to keep our team organized and efficient. This is a structured role focused on admin, meeting support, and consistent execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare agendas for weekly team calls (pulling items from Slack,
- Join calls, take structured notes, and log action items.
- Post meeting summaries and reminders in Slack.
- Research potential speaking opportunities, podcasts, and events
- Organize event outreach lists and maintain a simple tracker of opportunities and follow-ups
- Inbox support: sort
- Scheduling: send invites, handle time zones, reschedules, and prep docs.
- LinkedIn support: Like, comment, and share posts from your own account (using our templates). Track and report weekly engagement (comments, reach, new connections). Keep lead lists and trackers up to date. (BONUS Commission can be made for companies closed from your leads!)
What We’re Looking For
Strong written English — clear notes, simple comments, and
Detail-oriented, consistent, and process-driven.
Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
Stable internet connection and ability to join Zoo
Must be committed to long-term work — no short-term job hopping.
Compensation
Rate: $3–4/hr depending on experience.
20–30 hours per week.
Performance review after 90 days with potential increase.
BONUS: Generous Commission negotiable for leads generated from Linkedin that convert to clients.
