Video Editor (VA and Detail Orientated)

We’re launching our flagship mobile filmmaking course, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, reliable, and detail-driven VA to help us bring this vision to life. We’ll be hiring TWO VAs for a paid trial, and each will complete the same core task. From there, we’ll invite one of you to stay on for the project.

THE TRIAL TASK (PAID) We’ll provide you with:
A course intro clip (already branded).
A main lesson video (raw recording).
Access to a shared folder for upload.

Your task:
Edit the intro into the beginning of the video (smooth transition).
Lightly clean the beginning and end of the lesson (trim dead space).
Trim the student homework section and the feedback portion for the students.
Export and upload to our shared folder as a final “evergreen-ready” video.

This video will become part of our 8-module evergreen course.

???? Trial Compensation
Flat rate: $25 USD for this task
It should take around 1.5–2 hours
Paid within 48 hours of delivery

If all goes well and you’re the right fit, we’ll invite you to complete the rest of the work under a $350 contract
over 3 weeks (12–15 hrs/week).

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
Have experience editing educational content for online courses
Know how to work with CapCut, Final Cut, or Canva.
Are organized and can name/edit files.
Are familiar with Kajabi (bonus, but not required for the trial task).
Communicate well and are open to feedback.
