Amazon Wholesale VA – Supplier Outreach & Account Setup (Long-Term)

We are Design Harbor LLC, a Texas-based wholesale and distribution company with both e-commerce and physical retail operations. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented VAs to join our team and help us expand our supplier network.

Responsibilities:

Research and contact wholesale suppliers and brands

Record supplier data in our spreadsheets

Follow up persistently to open accounts

Review supplier catalogs and pass viable leads to our analysts

Work closely with the team during weekly calls

Compensation:

$300–$400/month (full-time, ~40 hrs/week)

Quarterly team bonus: 10% of company profits shared among the team when performance targets are met

Long-term position with growth opportunities
