What You’ll Do (Expect Variety Every Day):
Edit videos with strong, polished skills
Manage client onboarding (emails, forms, folder setup)
Post, edit, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads
Update and maintain client dashboards & internal trackers (Google Sheets)
Coordinate Zoom links, calendar invites, and Slack communications
Follow SOPs and help create new ones
Take on any task to free up the founder’s time

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Adept at following SOPs and taking initiative when needed
Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, Loom, Calendly, and Meta Ads (basic level)
Quick to learn and execute without needing constant guidance
Eager to grow within a high-energy team
Experience with agencies or online businesses is a plus
