**Why this role**
You’ll help keep our systems and books audit-ready — supporting automation projects that connect finance, compliance, and daily operations.
This role keeps our team efficient so we can focus on meaningful work with our clients.
**Your work**
• Maintain simple ledgers and Google Sheets dashboards.
• Support automations across Notion, Monday, and Stripe.
• Prepare clean files and reports for monthly audits.
• Assist with invoices, reconciliations, and process updates.
• Collaborate with our Systems Admin team (Karen & Carla).
**Tools**
Google Workspace, Notion, Monday, Stripe, Xero, Deel, ChatGPT.
**Hours & term**
Part-time (20 hrs/week to start) with option to grow to 40 hrs/week.
Long-term: minimum 2 years (we prefer 3+).
