I need low cost person to assist in starting a web development company

I am seeking low cost person to assist in starting web development company initially using WordPress websites and seo. The company with then get in to reputation management and consulting. You must have at least 3 years of solid experience and I am looking for someone long term that wants to assist in growing the company. I am wanting someone that has verifiable experience with startups.
