• Document and categorize all findings in an organized and actionable format.
• Legal & Compliance Expertise:
• Apply knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, U.S. Code, and consumer protection laws to evaluate violations.
• Utilize factual disputing strategies and advanced consumer law methods to challenge reporting errors.
• Track deadlines and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Drafting & Documentation:
• Prepare precise, legally-grounded dispute letters for credit bureaus, creditors, and furnishers.
• Draft claims, complaints, and supporting documentation for regulatory agencies (CFPB, BBB, FTC, State AG).
• Assist in preparing filings for lawsuits, arbitration, or small claims when necessary.
• Evidence & Case Preparation:
• Collect, organize, and maintain supporting evidence (correspondence, credit reports, violations, receipts, etc.).
• Develop a step-by-step legal strategy playbook for each case.
• Ensure all case files are lawsuit-ready for attorney handoff.
• Execution Support:
• Track bureau responses, deadlines, and violations.
• Escalate accounts when credit bureaus fail to comply with consumer rights.
• Support in filing complaints and preparing litigation packages for consumer attorneys.
