ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Review website content & making spelling & grammatical fixes/suggestions
• Write website content from a brief provided
• Write blog articles from a brief provided
• Set up, manage & report on Google Adwords campaigns
• Set up, manage & report on Google Display Banner campaigns
• Review websites & provide suggestions to improve SEO i.e. implementation of micro data, changes to


content, changes to URL's, changes to H1, H2 tags etc.
• Undertake research for new clients and campaigns including competitor research, keyword research,


industry research, best bid strategy research
• Conduct ROI analysis depending on the goals of the campaign; brand, conversion, lead generation


etc.
• Set up complex, new campaigns within the required advertising platform
• Perform Ongoing management and optimization of campaigns ensuring smooth execution and


delivery
• Interpret-campaign and media data and provide recommendations for campaign improvements
• Troubleshoot when required throughout the process of campaign delivery
• Write effective ad copy and creating eye-catching and effective digital content
• Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for changes that will improve the


performance of campaigns
• Be on top of the market and competitors, find new opportunities to optimize and strengthen


campaigns


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then weekly until the end of the first month
• After 1st month, pay weekly
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
