We are looking for a highly proactive Virtual Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced healthcare team. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with minimal training.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.

A trustworthy and reliable professional, as you will handle sensitive information.

Someone who is not afraid to ask questions for clarity and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Flexibility with daily schedules until a permanent structure is established.

Responsibilities:

Support owner of multiple accounts and staff with administrative and operational tasks.

Coordinate scheduling, patient communication, and follow-up as needed.

Manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely completion of all assigned work.

Anticipate needs and take action before being asked.
