About Us:

Yellow House Systems is a marketing agency focused on building webinars for coaches, consultants and agencies to bring them more leads and more clients. Our current clientele range from the biggest established business owners and content creators with 500K-5M followers each on Instagram, doing multiple 7 figures each.

???? Job Description:
- Manage tasks on Notion
- Communicate with clients via tasks
- Complete service fulfillment tasks (Creating forms on Tally, customizing SOPs on Notion)
- Scheduling social media posts (Email, Instagram, X, YouTube)
- Sending social media DMs
- Track outreach on Airtable (DMs)
- Book meetings on my calendar (Admin work)

? Requirements
- Proven experience as a VA, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
- Strong English communication skills (written + spoken)
- Familiar with social media platforms & basic scheduling tools
- Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
- Good steady internet + ability to work full-time, consistent hours
- Pro-active, no issues, and problem solving.


???? Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in digital marketing agencies
- Familiarity with challenge funnels, webinar promotion, or info-product launches
- Graphic design basics (Canva) or video clipping tools
- Copywriting for outreach DMs, captions, or emails

???? Training resources will be provided.

???? Compensation:
- Base salary: $550/mo
- $400 for the first month + $50 Bonus if selected (30 days trial)
More bonuses and Incentives for good performance

? Working Hours:
- Sunday - Friday 10AM - 6PM PST
- 4hours/day
