B2B SaaS Marketer

We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our B2B SaaS growth initiatives. This is a long-term, full-time position with room to grow. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, US-based tech company focused on enterprise software.

Your Responsibilities
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns using Instantly.ai
• Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Assist in content and campaign creation for LinkedIn, Gamma.ai, and our company website
• Help optimize copy for cold emails, landing pages, and sales content (decks)
• Coordinate with our team to schedule demos and follow-ups
• Monitor and report campaign performance


Must-Have Experience
• Proven background in B2B SaaS marketing
• Proficiency with Instantly.ai for cold outreach
• Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation
• Comfortable working in EST hours (Eastern Standard Time)
• Strong written English and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required)
• Copywriting or sales writing experience
• Advertising campaign experience (LinkedIn or other B2B channels)
• Familiarity with tools like Gamma.ai, ---------- v, or CRMs
