We are an international e-commerce company looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. With us, you will have great growth opportunities and can take on more responsibilities over time.
To make sure our collaboration works smoothly, we have some clear rules you must be comfortable with:

Work Rules
• Work during German business hours (09:00–17:00 CET / 15:00–23:00 PHT in winter, 16:00–00:00 PHT in summer) – with at least 4 hours overlap with German time.
• Time tracking is required (TimeProof / Hubstaff / TimeDoctor). The timer must always be running on the computer where you work. Work without tracking will not be paid.
• Daily update in our Teams channel at the end of your shift (what you finished / what is pending).
• Respond to messages within 8 hours (business days).
• No working for other clients during agreed German hours.
• All information is strictly confidential (NDA). Sharing data or client information with third parties is forbidden and has legal consequences.

Amazon Responsibilities
• Create & manage Sponsored Products (PPC) campaigns
• Set up new listings. Parent and Child (flat file or manually)
• Brief or create product images (Canva, Photoshop)
• Manage and create Merch by Amazon uploads and designs
• Niche Research for Merch by Amazon

Social Media Responsibilities
• Plan & create Pinterest Pins, TikToks, and Instagram posts
• Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Schedule posts & respond to comments daily

Requirements
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central + Merch by Amazon (MBA)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or similar tools
• Understanding of Meta & TikTok trends
Bonus: Experience with Helium 10, Podly, Ads Manager
- Work rules must be followed, otherwise there will be no pay!

Working Hours & Payment
• 5–40 hours per week
• Salary: $3–5 USD/hour (depending on experience.The longer you work with us, the more you can earn and your hourly wage will increase )
• Payments weekly or monthly (to be agreed)
• No upfront payments
